Meet Ashtyn

I am a 500-hour certified Pilates instructor and fully certified in all six Pilates apparatuses: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, giving me a well-rounded foundation in strength, movement, and overall wellness.

Before Pilates, I spent 16 years playing competitive soccer, which shaped my understanding of athletic performance, discipline, and the mechanics of the body. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of women across the nation, helping them build strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies.

I’ve also rehabbed countless clients through surgeries, injuries, and postpartum recovery, and have taught over 10,000 fitness classes in my career. My teaching is intentional, deeply informed, and rooted in real experience.

I bring a high level of certification, technical expertise, and passion to everything I do and my mission is to make movement meaningful, empowering, and truly transformational for every person who walks into my studio.
