Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer classes use the Pilates reformer to build strength, stability, flexibility, and control. Each class may have a unique focus from core work to alignment to full-body conditioning, but you’ll always leave feeling stronger and more energized.
Expect to use the reformer as your main piece of equipment, with the potential to add props depending on your instructor’s programming. Props may include:
Pilates Ball
Magic Circle
Resistance Bands & Bala Bands
Reformer Box
And more
Mat Pilates
Our Mat classes follow the same authentic Pilates method, using only your bodyweight and small props to challenge strength, stability, and mobility. Each class offers a new focus, so you’ll always experience variety while staying true to Pilates foundations.
Props may include:
Pilates Ball
Magic Circle
Resistance Bands & Bala Bands
And other small equipment (no reformer or box)
