Intro To Reformer

A supportive, beginner-friendly class offered once a month on Sundays at 11:30AM for anyone with 0-3 reformer classes. Learn foundational Pilates principles, proper setup, form, breath, and control through intentional cueing and hands-on guidance in a welcoming environment designed to build confidence.

Beginner Level

Reformer Pilates

Our signature class and the perfect place to start. Rooted in the PBA method and standard, this class blends classical Pilates with a contemporary edge to teach you the true foundation of the work. The reformer supports your movement while challenging your strength, control, and precision. Expect intentional cueing, hands-on guidance, and a full-body workout that meets you where you are.

Beginner friendly.
If the machine feels intimidating, mat is also a great place to start.

Reformer Pilates: Lower Body Focus

A generalized lower-body focused class targeting glutes, hamstrings, and quads through controlled, strength-based movement. More expansive than our glutes class, but still deeply challenging and precise.

All levels. Expect a serious burn.

Reformer: Legs, Glutes & Control

A targeted lower-body burn with a strong focus on glutes, legs, and deep muscular control. Slower, more intentional work that prioritizes alignment, activation, and precision.

All levels. Very challenging.

Reformer Pilates: Core Power

A core-focused reformer class designed to strengthen from the inside out. Expect deep abdominal work, spinal stability, and intentional movement that challenges your control and endurance. Every exercise is rooted in the PBA method, ensuring proper form and maximal engagement.

Great for all levels.

Reformer Pilates: Upper Body (The PBA Way)

An upper-body focused class done the PBA way - intentional, controlled, and deeply effective. Expect arms, shoulders, back, and posture work integrated with core stability. Intensity is always part of the standard here, no matter your level.

Great for beginners to advanced.

Reformer Cardio

A high-energy, fast-paced class using the jump board attachment on the reformer. You’ll lie on your back and “jump” horizontally, using resistance from the springs to create a low-impact, joint-friendly cardio workout. Expect an upbeat flow, quick transitions, and a lot of fun.

Not recommended as your first class.

Real Good Series (Reformer)

A full-body reformer experience with an advanced edge. Expect challenging flows, elevated intensity, and a strong emphasis on strength, control, and endurance. Rooted in the PBA method, this class pushes your limits while maintaining precision and form.

Intermediate to advanced.

Reformer Power Pilates

A step up from our signature reformer class. Grounded in the PBA method, this class incorporates small hand weights, heavier spring loads, and a slightly faster pace to build strength and endurance. You’ll move with intention but with more intensity.

All levels, but expect a challenge.

Spicy Reformer Pilates

Our most advanced reformer class. Fast-paced, high-level, and designed for clients confident in their practice and familiar with the PBA method. Expect dynamic transitions, advanced variations, and minimal downtime.

Recommended after 10+ classes at PBA.

Mat Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates

A foundational class rooted in true Pilates. Focused on control, precision, and body awareness using your own body weight. This is where your practice is built.

Beginner friendly and essential.

Mat Pilates: Full Body Flow

A well-rounded mat class that flows through the entire body. Expect seamless transitions, intentional sequencing, and balanced strength work from head to toe. Rooted in the PBA method, this class builds control, endurance, and fluidity.

All levels.

Mat Pilates: Ass & Abs

A targeted mat class focused on glutes and core. Expect resistance bands, weights, and props to enhance activation and intensity. This class is upbeat, controlled, and designed to deeply fatigue and strengthen these muscle groups.

All levels. Fun, high energy, and challenging.

Mat Pilates: Arms & Abs

An upper body and core focused mat class using light weights and props to build strength, endurance, and stability. Expect intentional sequencing, controlled movement, and a serious burn.

All levels. Upbeat, fun, and challenging.

Mat Pilates: After Dark

A late-night, high-energy class designed to feel fun, empowering, and challenging. Expect holds, pulses, props, and a strong flow that keeps you engaged from start to finish.

All levels. Upbeat and hard.

Mat Sculpt & Strength

Skip the gym and join our true strength class. This is not traditional Pilates. Expect strength-focused training with dumbbells up to 20lbs that delivers the feel of a gym workout while still honoring the PBA standard of intentional movement and control. Designed to build strength and confidence.

All levels.

Spicy Mat Pilates

A high-energy mat class with added intensity. Expect holds, pulses, props, and deep muscular burn all while staying grounded in control and precision.

All levels. Very challenging.
