Welcome to Pilates by Ashtyn! By booking a class or visiting our studio, you agree to the following policies:

Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be booked in advance and paid at time of booking.

• Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Late cancel: $18 fee + class credit forfeited.

• No-show: $22 fee + class credit forfeited.

• Fees are charged to the card on file.

Studio Policies

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted.

• Grip socks required for safety.

• Drinks must have secure lids; no food in the studio.

• Phones must be silenced during class.

Health & Safety

By attending, you confirm you are healthy enough for exercise and participate at your own risk. Pilates by Ashtyn is not responsible for injuries.
