Pilates by Ashtyn Studio Policies
At Pilates by Ashtyn, our policies are designed to create a seamless, elevated experience for every client while respecting our instructors, team, and community. By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
Booking & Reservations
All classes must be booked in advance through our official booking platform.
Spots are limited and fill quickly—early booking is strongly encouraged.
Account & Guest Policy
All clients are required to create and maintain their own individual account to book and attend classes at Pilates by Ashtyn.
We do not allow guest bookings or shared accounts. Classes, memberships, and packages must be purchased and used by the account holder only.
Clients may not:
Book classes under another person’s name
Share memberships or class credits
Purchase classes on behalf of another client for use on their own account
If you would like to purchase for someone else, we offer gift cards which can be redeemed on the recipient’s own account.
This policy ensures accurate scheduling, proper client communication, and a consistent studio experience across all locations.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all clients and instructors.
Cancellation Window: Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will result in a late cancel fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in a no-show fee and, if applicable, loss of class credit.
Please note: Fees vary by studio location and are charged at the current rate shown at the time of booking.
Current Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
Italian Village Location: Late Cancel Fee: $18 No-Show Fee: $22
By booking a class, Members agree to the applicable fees based on the location of the scheduled class.
Late Arrival Policy
For the safety and flow of class, clients are not permitted to enter class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted and will be treated as a late cancel or no-show.
Memberships & Billing
Memberships are auto-renewing and will bill monthly on the date of purchase.
All memberships are non-refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file.
Failed payments may result in restricted booking access until resolved.
Membership Freeze Policy
We understand that life happens and offer flexibility:
Memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of 7 days and up to 3 months (90 days) per calendar year.
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.
During a freeze, billing is paused and class access is unavailable.
Memberships automatically resume once the freeze period ends.
Class Packs & Drop-Ins
All class packs and drop-ins are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration dates are strictly enforced and will not be extended.
Unused classes do not roll over.
Location Access
Certain memberships and class packs may be valid at multiple Pilates by Ashtyn locations, while others are location-specific.
Please refer to your purchase details for exact usage terms.
Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are required for all classes.
No shoes are permitted in workout areas.
Phones should be silenced and stored during class.
Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow clients is expected at all times.
Retail & Additional Purchases
All retail, merchandise, and in-studio purchases are final sale.

By booking a class or purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to all Pilates by Ashtyn studio policies.
