PBA Play Club Policies

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all families and staff, please review and adhere to the PBA Play Club policies below.

Health & Hygiene Policy

  • 24-Hour Symptom-Free Rule: Children must not enter Play Club if they have had a fever over 100°F, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious illness symptoms within the last 24 hours.

  • Restroom & Diapering: Parents are required to handle all bathroom breaks and diaper changes prior to check-in.

  • Self-Sufficiency: Children dropped off must be capable of staying in a group setting independently.

Class Timing, Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Arrival & Drop-Off: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your Pilates class. Children may be dropped off up to 10 minutes before class starts.

  • Duration: Children stay in the Play Club for up to 50 minutes (matching your Pilates class length).

  • Pick-Up: Parents must pick up their children immediately after class ends.

Safety, Security & Parental Presence

  • On-Site Requirement: The parent or legal guardian must remain on the PBA premises at all times while the child is in Play Club.

  • Authorized Pick-Up: Children will only be released to the parent or guardian who checked them in.

  • Class Interruptions: Staff reserve the right to pull a parent from class if a child is inconsolable (after 10–15 minutes of continuous crying), ill, or disruptive.

Food, Drinks & Personal Belongings

  • No Food: Food, snacks, and gum are strictly prohibited.

  • Water Bottles: Only sealed, non-spill water bottles labeled with your child's name are permitted.

  • Toys & Electronics: Please leave personal toys, comfort items, and electronics at home to prevent lost items, sharing of germs, or conflicts.

  • Liability: PBA Play Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Bookings, Cancellations & Credits

  • Age Limits: PBA Play Club is strictly for children aged 2 to 8 years old.

  • Capacity Limits: To maintain a safe environment and low child-to-staff ratio, Play Club is capped at a strict maximum of 4 children per session. Advance booking is required.

  • Studio Cancellations: If PBA cancels a Pilates class, your Play Club credit will automatically be returned to your account.

  • Parent Cancellations: Play Club reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to class start time to retain your credit.

  • Back-to-Back Classes: Play Club reservations cover a single 50-minute workout window. Parents attending back-to-back Pilates classes must purchase and reserve two separate PBA Play Club credits (one for each class session).
